WIsh delivered a damaged TV and is not responding for support now

I am trying to return it to get a non-broken TV ... Hi,**I am trying to return the TV I ordered from wish as it was already damaged when I received it. I followed the return instructions as specified by wish.**I took it to the post office (USPS) today since the return instructions asked me to. I put the prepaid shipping label that was emailed to me by wish to send it back. But the post office denied to accept the TV box. They told me that:**. USPS does not accept packages that exceed a fixed size (Its a ** inch TV)**. The prepaid shipping label provided by wish is for a very very small box. They asked me to use UPS to send it back.**Can someone from wish please send me another prepaid shipping label to use for returning the box properly? It can be UPS or fedex. Please do it soon as this is just taking a lot of time. I paid the entire amount for the product long back.**It was so much inconvenience but there doesn't seem to be any other way. I want to return this TV as soon as possible and get the new one from the store. ***Thanks,*-Saurabh

The prepaid USPS stamp they sent to return the TV is not accepted by USPS. They are not replying anymore.

I want them to send me a way to return the damaged TV and they should send me a proper non damaged working TV as I paid for it already.

I have order products from wish several times in the past * year and this is the first time, I am trying to return an item because it was already damaged when delivered to me.

Tried calling their customer care but they dont pick up any calls.
