Made a purchase on August ** email it was being processed. Shipped to Denise Flack *** Stanley abe Cincinnati ohio *****. My fiancee paid with his debit card. Got a second email saying there was a problem with the card and everything is refunded and the money will be credit back on September *th. I'm confused. If there was a issue with the card then how could you charge to it and then promise to refund it. And return all my items! I would like to know what is going on here. When I went to the app it said to reorder , no way not when i am not sure if he was charged for the order I'm not getting and have to wait for a refund. If I did reorder what I wanted the shipping went up *** dollars. Wow i hope that this isn't how you do business. I would appreciate a explanation. Ty!
