A few weeks ago I had to buy a new phone and on this phone I had all my account info on it. When I got my new phone I thought my geek account would just transfer with it but it didn't. My order history does not show * of my purchases. (*) prewired electric guitar pick plate.*Order * *aed*dcc************b*d**Store: Cathyangel*Cost: $**.** *with ship* $**.***It shows it was to be processed between May*-May*. (*) Is two humbucker guitar pickups. Regrettably I lost the order receipt like the one above when I switched phones. How to I get my items without any information on them. The only reason I have proof of the order above is because I screenshot it and saved it. Please I love Geek.com I want to keep using them but not if this is how they treat their costumers. Please help.
