My name Shirley Bowers I ended up with two Hewlett-Packard refurbished computers I have requested shipping labels for their returns both of them have been returned to me with labels attached over the shipping address saying return for postage I don't know what happened or why it happened I only know I try to send them and they were returned to me now what do I do I again requested shipping labels I don't think somebody understands I would really like some information from you explain to me what I need to do to return both items for refund*I asked what the return postage would be if I had to pay to ship them back out of curiosity they told me approximately $** each item the shipping label I thought and they also believed it was prepay by your company via UPS Store I was under the impression that you sent me a prepaid return label is this not the case is this why they were returned to me for postage not paid will somebody please explain to me why these were returned to me and why I have not yet received full credit for both items
