Hello my name is Cynthia Casey and I recently ordered on wish one of my orders was a small order maybe ** to $** the other one was a larger item $***.** and dollars but when I went to check my bank statement they that wish had took out $*** and took out *** and $** can I get a live person to speak to a melee when I try to contact them I was only able to get some type of operator voice recording and when I try to tell them my problems by email I still have not received a response at least not a proper one they keep telling me to go back to the app even though I went on their website and told them that too much money was being taken out and I need to speak to someone I'm afraid that now that I got automatic withdraw they may end up taking out money without me giving them the permission can someone speak to me from wish I just wish to go over my bill prospectively I did check my history but it didn't show me the amount even though I know that when I ordered and checked out it was a lower amount was only ** something dollars so I don't understand how I was charged $* ** I just need to be in contact somebody regarding this thank you
