I encountered an issue with a purchase I made on the Alibaba website in March [redacted] from OG Inc. (ORA GLOBAL INC.) for a Korg PA4X 76-Note keyboard. Initially, I was offered a special deal to buy two keyboards and get one free with free shipping for $[redacted]. I communicated with them via WhatsApp using the number +[redacted]82, where a person named Donald provided me with their Alibaba ID Number UAI[redacted]32MWHG. After sending the initial payment, they asked for additional funds for insurance and then claimed there were issues with the shipping carrier. Eventually, they requested more money for reshipping or offered a refund if I sent them more funds. I suspect this may be a scam and have reached out to Alibaba and the Better Business Bureau. I have documentation for my claims.

For the past 3-4 years, I've been using my WhatsApp account with the phone number [redacted]. Today around 11 am, several unknown numbers messaged me, indicating that messages may have been sent from my account to them. Since my SIM card's network is poor, I've only been using it for WhatsApp. I need to recover some important messages. I've reported this issue to the Meppadi Police station in Wayanad, and they have forwarded the complaint to the cyber cell in Kalpetta, Wayanad. I'd appreciate it if you could investigate how these messages were sent from my account. If I can access my account again, I can back up my chats and update my number. Please address this matter promptly. I'm willing to provide screenshots of the numbers if necessary.

I received a WhatsApp message from a distant acquaintance, which seemed suspicious. He claimed he mistakenly sent me a verification code, and indeed, I received multiple codes in SMS. Despite not initiating the verification, I ended up logged out of WhatsApp. I attempted to request a new code, but the delivery time for SMS is delayed by 7 hours and 1 hour for calls. Although I receive SMS codes, they do not work, prompting me to wait and retry. Additionally, I received several calls from a UK number, +44 [redacted], with a female voice providing a code that did not work. Now, my parents and uncle are experiencing the same issue after receiving similar messages from this acquaintance.

I recently made a call for assistance as my account has been banned. I believe someone has scammed my account, causing me distress. Furthermore, my WhatsApp was hacked and needs to be deactivated and unbanned. I received a message asking for money and have been experiencing issues with unexpected errors on the app. A family member also received a suspicious message requesting activation codes. I recently received a message from Whatsapp notifying me that my number, 00[redacted][redacted], has been banned without providing a reason. The message suggested it was due to inappropriate use. I am a 77-year-old widower who relies on Whatsapp to stay connected with my family, especially during this challenging time of being confined at home due to the pandemic. Whatsapp is my main form of communication with my loved ones, and I depend on it greatly for support. I also have an underlying heart condition. I've been networking and using WhatsApp for online marketing, sending out messages to increase views. However, after sending save for save messages and a broadcast to [redacted] people, my number got banned. I was surprised when I opened WhatsApp and saw the ban notification. I rely on WhatsApp for my business activities and communication for shows. I had to restore everything but now seek to appeal the ban. My account was compromised, and I've been locked out. I need to regain access as soon as possible. Multiple individuals have informed me that their accounts were hacked through mine. I've attempted the verification process through calls and messages, but each time I input the code, it gets dismissed, and I'm forced to wait for 8 hours. I've gone as far as changing my phone and reinstalling WhatsApp, but nothing has been successful in resolving this issue.

I previously had a cellphone line with Sprint linked to another person's account. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the other individual lost their job and stopped making payments, resulting in the lines and numbers being lost. Consequently, I lost access to my WhatsApp account, which I used via Wi-Fi after the line was blocked by Sprint. Recently, I received a message about someone trying to recover their WhatsApp account, ultimately locking me out of mine. Concerned about potential access to my private information, I intend to block, cancel, or erase all data in my account.
