My complaint with the Wendy's stores in Bowling Green and Smiths Grove. They are becoming very dirty all the time. they never have the food you order. Twice I have ordered baked potatoes and both times it was in the day time when they should have had them. then I ordered Chili and the reply was well no one put the chili on today so we don't have any of that either. Today I ordered two loaded baked potatoes at *:** p.m. they young lady said I don't have a button for loaded baked potatoes but if you will tell me what you want on it i can fix it. then she said I only have one potato. Then when I get to the window to pay there stands a young man with a hoodie on his head looking like he could hardly hold his head up. What is happening to the Wendy's that everyone loves to eat at. I know young people don't really want to work but the older supervisiors should see that the food is prepared and that things are cleaned. All of the stores in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Smiths Grove Kentucky are very dirty. Please send someone to train all of the employees and clean. I love eating at Wendy's but I hate seeing it go down like it is doing.
