I surrender. I’ve written, called, etc, several times about how one Wendy’s is RUINING your brand. I began eating at Wendy’s when one opened on Hillsboro Circle in Nashville in the ****s * have eaten at Wendy’s in several states and at many of the Nashville locations (near my office, my hairdresser, on road trips, near my son’s home in Santa Clarita CA, etc). The Wendy’s in Hermitage TN is without a doubt the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever patronized AND WORSE it’s the only one near my home. You should read the horrible reviews on Yelp (not mine). Cold food, soggy limp fries, wrong order—almost always, extremely long waits, don’t have what you order, etc. I give. I won’t go again. I’ve complained for YEARS hoping it would change. To get to Wendy’s from my house, I pass Taco Bell, Sonic, Zaxby’s, McDonalds, Captain D’s, and Arby’s is almost directly across from Wendy’s. Surely there’s something in a franchise agreement that assures the franchisee doesn’t ruin your brand. OK. I give. Wendy’s should be ashamed.
