Just had a really rude customer service agent at the drive thru at Wendy's at **th and Central Avenue NE in Minneapolis MN. Grant it, I was a confused customer changing my order at least twice, however I'm not familiar with the rather large menu as I go to Wendy's pnce a year. Anyway the agent was short, not helpful and was making comments about me to the manager as I witnessed as I drove up. Talked to the manager at the window to comment on the rude service. The manager told me I was rude and needed to come in to order if I wasn't sure. I'm the f----- customer, don't tell ME what I should have done. I'm paying for my food and you're getting paid to work at Wendy's. Very poor customer service. There are many burger joints to choose from and this Wendy's will NOT be on my list from this day on. Low level customer service from poorly eduated staff. Wendy's problem.
