Greetings, *I have a complaint regarding the customer service I received on November **rd, ****, around *:** to *:** PM. It had to do with an employee of the Wendy's Restaurant at **** Leesburg Pike, and with the host named "Devendra". He looked to be the oldest of the three employees I saw working there. I had placed * separate orders, * of which I had used coupons and one without. I originally had the other man taking my order but he didn't seem to know how to handle coupons, which is why he had asked Devendra to do it. For the first * orders, I used coupons, and Devendra had been the one to take them:**. Buy One Premium Chicken Sandwich, Get One Free**. $* Dave's Double Combo**. * for $** Dave's Single Combo**However, after the third order, he left the cash register and asked the other man to take my last order. **. One Dave's Single Sandwich **After my fourth order, I went to get what I believed to be my * previous orders. But to my surprise, I only received **, **, and **. I asked Devendra where my *rd order was, the * for $** Dave's Single Combo, to which he replied "This is all you ordered." I told him I remember ordering a * for $** Dave's Single Combo because he had taken my one-time coupon for a * for $** Dave's Single Combo, and he was the one who took that order before he left the cash register and made the other employee take my very last order. He only replied with "You're wrong. This is all you ordered." At this point, I was very frustrated because I was * combos short and I no longer had the coupon for that meal deal. Those * sandwiches, * fries, and * drinks were supposed to be for * more of my family members who had been waiting at home and hungry. On top of that, he told me I was wrong. And from what I remember in all my years of customer service, the customer is always right. I do not blame the other workers there because I believe they were doing their jobs right. The woman who was making the actual orders even heard my third order for the * for $** Dave's Single Combo because she asked the cashier for my very last order "two singles, right?" And the cashier who had taken my last order was just listening to Devendra because he didn't know how to work the coupons - he might have been in training, so again I do not blame him. **My final word is that Devendra is to blame for this horrible experience. I had gone home * combos short and had to make do by sharing the other * orders for * people. I also lost a coupon I could have used another time if I had known that Dev would have taken it and not given me my order. This does not reflect on Wendy's as a whole or even this specific Wendy's restaurant as a whole, but Dev should definitely re-do his training.
