Let me start of my saying I love wendys always have and always will perfer you guys over any other good chain out there. But today I had the worst experience with one of your emplees. I usually mind my owe business and dont like to complain and I am a very passive aggressive person. But it upsetted me so much I couldnt let it go.**Today I drove by the **** wilshire location. **-*. I placed and order that went smothly until I asked for an extra bbq salsa. The manger got mad telling me he charges extra and roughly hanging the bbq salsa. I was willing to pay but he didn’t even give me that option. closing the window as fast as he could to get back at texting on his phone. As if he didnt have enough time to do so prier to my visit. It was **:**pm and there was no one at the store or at the drive Anyways he was extremely rude so I honked the horn to se if someone else can hand me a salsa but he looked at me opened his eyes and prosed talking to his other coworks up until i got out my car and knocked on the window. **I work retail and one of the things that best works out for me and my staff is communication. If that employee is not happy helping others maybe he shouldnt be wearing a black manager shirt with so much *Pride.**As a manager you should have better customer service and lead as example in this case the other to ladies where awesome
