I went to Wendy's on ***th in Kent, Washington and had a horrid experience. **. They are extreme*y slow. There was only one other gentleman and myself in there and they could not move slower than a slug.*This was due to the fact they were all sitting around chatting and not doing their jobs. The gentleman and I had to wait for fries because they forgot to put them down. There was just an empty bin.**. Rude. I used one of the ladies if I could get a drink and she looked right at me and walked away, She did not even acknowledge my request**. My food was cold when I did get it. how does that happen when there is no one in the restaurant?**. Cashier boy was totally confused and it was obvious he had not been trained properly. *I have had problems with this Wendy's before. They are slow and ignore customers needs. I think some retraining may be in order. *I believe I deserve some free coupons that I can use at a different Wendys. This experience was unacceptable. If I do not receive an acknowledgement, then I will write to the BBB,**Kassandra Stebner
