Your Wells Fargo Online access has been suspended*Gregory Drzewiecki*To Wells Fargo*I do not want change my username which I used for many years. In June and July you wanted me to change my password. I changed my password over ** times. Each time you accepted new passwords informing me that I could sign in. When I tried I was getting message that you do not recognized username or password. I talked to your representative and was told that I could not use WIFI and use only mobile but I am in Europe and have different cell phone and you kept sending SMSs to my cell I left in USA.*Next day I got connection with Wells Fargo using WIFI, so your representative lied. I do not have problem with other banks (Bank of America, Chase, City….). What is a problem with Wells Fargo?*Today I used my tablet to connect with my accounts with Wells Fargo. And I was suspended on line. I am businessman and I travel a lot and my IPs are changing frequently. Before I left USA I informed Wells Fargo that I would be in Europe for over * months. I am a businessman and I need to have an access to my accounts ****.*You want me to change my username and password Why?, I want to keep them and if you do not let me have them I will change bank.*This is * hours’ time difference and if you do not cancel suspension and push me to change my username and password I take another bank.**Gregory Drzewiecki
