I enrolled both my wife and myself in WellCare Medicare Advantage plans on December *th. Today is January **th. I have yet to have one single communication from WellCare - not by phone, text, email, or US Postal mail, ZERO, not even a welcome package. I also never received Insurance ID cards for my wife or myself. **I have called * times since December **th, and spent over SEVEN HOURS on hold. Four times I have been promised insurance cards and a welcome package. I have received NOTHING.**My wife and I are both seniors on medication, but we cannot get our prescriptions filled or go to the doctor because we don't have insurance cards or the Rx BIN, PCN, or GRP *.**I have NEVER had such a bad customer service experience as I am now having with WellCare representatives. I cannot even find a phone number for WellCare corporate. I keep getting call centers in the Philippines.**Is the ANYONE there that can help me? I am currently on hold with "Customer Service" for over * hour and ** minutes. I am at the point where I will have to file a complaint with the New York State Insurance Commission if I can't get proper help. This is just ridiculous.
