Weebly sent me a notice that one of my websites was going to renew. I responded to that email saying I did NOT want to renew that site. I have * other sites with them. They never responded to me. Weebly charged my credit card. After I again contacted Weebly saying I wanted the charge reversed. Weebly never contacted me. I waited * days then I contacted my credit card company and got the charge reversed. Weebly then cancelled ALL my websites and is making it impossible to contact them. I have had websites hosted by Weebly since ****. This is ridiculous. I have been on hold for over a half hour. My login credentials are no good now. I have no way of contacting Weebly. Even when I called Weebly an automated voice said my account does not qualify for phone support. One of my account is the business account, which does qualify for phone support. Weebly is costing me money. Please help.

I called Weebly and got to a rep, who was very helpful and informative. The automated voice at first said I was not a customer so I can't get live support, but I can press * and talk to someone about upgrading. I did and the issue was resolved.
