It is not fixed. I was told it is an issue that some people at webs.com are having and others are not. They are trying to fix it. Meanwhile I have paid for this site and it is a hot mess.

I want my site put back in order and someone to walk me through how to work it with the new format.

I have been a customer for about ** years or more. I bought my site back when it was freewebs. I spent literally weeks designing it myself and building it myself. I loved the old version and even a non-techno person like myself could use it. Then they updated it without explanation and I could not longer work it at all. Now it is pretty much gone. Just a couple layered pictures and no tabs yet i paid for the premium enhanced version. Do I get reimbursement?
