I purchased the domain name voluongtho.info through WEBS.COM on April 18th and was charged $39.81 CAD, with an additional charge of $33.90. I received an email confirming that the domain is registered. I want to use this domain for my official website, www.voluongtho.net, to replace the current subdomain adida-phat.webs.com. However, when I try to select this domain, it shows as "registered and linked to another registrar." Can you please link my email [redacted] (used as User ID) and password "HyHong3474" for login purposes? Kindly respond to me via email. Thank you. - Hy Dang

Dear [redacted], I am reaching out with a concern regarding the transfer of my domain, almubeencarpets.com. This is my business website, and it was initially created on webs.com. For the past three months, my domain has been transferred to godaddy.com without my consent or knowledge. Despite my efforts to contact webs.com, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I am requesting your assistance in reclaiming my domain. If you have an office in Thailand, Bangkok, please provide me with the address or telephone number to facilitate direct communication. Additionally, If there is a live chat option or contact number available, I would appreciate if you could share this with me. I have already spoken to godaddy.com, and they have advised me to contact the registrar where I previously had control of the domain. We have been with you since [redacted], but in the last 2 years, we have faced numerous issues. The site is not functioning well with the forum, pictures cannot be added, and profiles cannot be changed. Despite reaching out to the tech support team with multiple messages, the problems remained unresolved. Members were leaving as they couldn't access the site properly. I received an email stating that the forum was not a priority for them to fix. Due to the poor service and lack of support, we have switched to a different web host. I had one more year left on my subscription, but I am now requesting to cancel my account and receive a partial refund of the subscription fee.

On August 7th, I contacted customer service about my website issue and spoke with LaShaun. I explained that my website displays an "expired" message since 7/24/18, despite my bill being paid and account up to date. LaShaun confirmed the website was active at the end of our conversation, but it is not. Reference ID for the call: [redacted]. Despite several emails, there has been no response. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years, spending over $[redacted]. It is unacceptable to be without a website for over two weeks, resulting in lost clients. If not resolved by Tuesday, I will cancel my account. We expect better service and consideration, along with compensation for our losses. Our website is roadchurch.webs.com, email is [redacted], and phone number is [redacted]. Urgent action is required, and a prompt resolution is necessary. We deserve better treatment after this inconvenience.

This is my third attempt to address the ongoing issues with my website. Despite my domain being valid until next year, I have faced continuous problems over the last few months. There was no prior notification regarding any missed payments or the suspension of my website. After making a payment today, my website remains inaccessible to visitors. The images in the back office are not displaying, and despite attempts to publish the site, it remains offline. These technical difficulties are severely impacting my business. This is the third time I am sending this message without any response. I am extremely unhappy with the ongoing issues my website has been facing for the past few months, despite my domain name not expiring until next year. I did not receive any alert regarding missed payments or the suspension of my website. Today, when I tried to access the site, I found it inaccessible to visitors. Although I made the monthly payment, the website remains offline. Even the pictures in my back office are not displaying, and after publishing the website post-payment, it remains inaccessible to the public. Please urgently address this technical problem as it is negatively impacting my business. Your inefficiency has caused numerous problems for my business in recent months. I recently received an email reminder from Webs about renewing my domain name, www.thehealinglightfestival.com, due on Oct 3. However, I am encountering issues logging into my account with my email address, [redacted] Despite attempting multiple password combinations, none seem to be correct. In the past, I utilized [redacted], which I haven't accessed for over three years. I have tried the "forgotten password" link but did not receive any instructions from Webs on how to reset my password. With the renewal deadline fast approaching, I urgently need assistance. I have a website on Webs.com - www.aonejoinery.webs.com. The site works perfectly on a PC and on a mobile phone, all pages work perfectly except the picture gallery. I believe someone may have altered something as it worked before. The issue I can see is that the mobile web address should be www.aonejoinery.webs.com, but on the picture gallery page, it shows www.aonejoinery.m.webs.com, resulting in an error and the page not loading. I am unsure how to remove the ".m" in order for potential customers to view my albums in the gallery correctly. It seems like an easy solution for Webs.com to remove this ".m" from the address and fix it to display as www.aonejoinery.webs.com. I have reached out on the Webs forum, but no one has responded with a solution yet.

Hello, I have been addressing an issue with Tyrone, Sherine, and Valecian at Zendesk with regards to ID [redacted]. To summarize, I need assistance in removing the individual who initially set up the Cataraqui Church website, our minister who was recently arrested and is no longer affiliated with the church. The next step is to update the account with my email. Initially, obtaining information was challenging, but eventually, the email address [redacted] was retrieved. Although the minister cannot recall the password, he provided me with key details: - Last transaction date: April 14, [redacted] - Transaction amount: $7.99 USD - Postal code: K0K 1X0 - Last 4 digits of credit card: [redacted] I was advised to create a temporary new account for email verification purposes. I established the new account with my email [redacted] and a password. However, upon receiving the welcome email for the new account today, I encountered difficulties accessing it. Despite attempts with a new password, access remains elusive. Subsequently, I attempted to access the site using [redacted], which allowed entry to the Webs.com site but indicated that the site had not yet been published, despite previous confirmation. It is being treated as a new site despite requests for access to the existing one. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter or if possible, assistance from your end. Despite the aid received thus far, the situation is becoming increasingly perplexing. The Cataraqui Church website account is currently labeled as "not yet published." Hello. I am looking to delete my website. Years ago, I changed my password, but I recently discovered through another forum that the old password was still active because there was no notification that it would remain linked to the account. I no longer require the website, but I am unable to delete it. I don't have the original password since your system indicated it had been updated when I changed it. Can you help me remove the website, please?

My website lexi-jane.webs.com/ has been closed down. I made the necessary changes, but it seems to have disappeared. I need to understand why it was taken down, as I believe it might be related to discrimination against my religion. Discrimination based on religion is against the law. The content on my website is related to a nature-based religion, not satanism. There were personal pages with irreplaceable information that my clients need access to. Our websites www.luxurypropertyglobal.com and www.luxurypropertyorg.com have been locked, and we were instructed to contact [redacted] Despite reaching out to them on three separate occasions, we have not received any response via email or phone calls on +[redacted]25 or +[redacted]33. As long-standing customers of Webs, we find this situation completely unacceptable. We urgently require an explanation as to why our websites are blocked and why another website is utilizing our domain for unauthorized purposes. Vista recently transferred my Poetry website from Webs a month ago. Since then, half of the links are not functioning properly, and some pages, like the essential E-store listing books for sale, are distorted. Despite promises from Webs/Vista to resolve these issues, there has been little noticeable progress in the past month. With a new book just published, I am unable to use the site for promotional purposes. The site's functionality is hindered, hindering me from directing readers to my recent publications. Repeated requests via chat have been made to re-publish the most recent Webs version of the site live until the issues with the Vista version are fixed, but I have yet to receive a response on that matter.

I am currently facing issues with my website DIANASAENZ.COM. The contact page is requesting a membership and password, which is not intended. Another problem is with accessing my email that is forwarded to Gmail. I am no longer getting emails sent to those addresses. Additionally, when I try to check my email, a prompt to pay for webmail.com appears. I believe my annual subscription should include email forwarding services.

My domain name expired without any notice, and they demanded $[redacted] to renew it. Unable to purchase it, I got a new domain elsewhere due to your transition to Vistaprint. I linked the new domain to my website hosted by you, but now when visiting Funky-Beach.net, it shows as unsecure and doesn't load. Despite attempting to address this in a chat a week ago, no action has been taken, and I cannot initiate a new chat. To resolve the issue, upgrading to premium was suggested, but I couldn't do so due to the ongoing transition. I also can't update my credit card info for a domain renewal in July again due to the transition. This situation has caused me to lose business and valuable time. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Vistaprint notified me on August 31 that they will discontinue my website (maclockrestoration.com - account no. [redacted]13) with Webs.com. I was out of town in northern BC, Canada with no internet access, and only received the notice on September 4. I reached out to Vistaprint for guidance, and they advised me to contact Webs to get my Auth/EPP code for transferring my website to a different provider. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining the code. I am concerned about completing this transfer before it becomes too late. Can anyone assist me with this issue?
