We received a payment from an invoice that was sent to our client on January **th for *** dollars. We have proof the client paid the invoice. We attempted to payout the money and waited seven days for the money to be transferred to our bank account as it still said pending. As the guidelines say that it takes *-* days for the money to pay out. When I went to check on the payout on the *th day to figure out what was taking so long, it was no longer available. The only thing that shows up is saying that Waves app need to verify things and that we should've received an email from them which we didn't. Now here we are trying to find a way to get into contact with the company and there is no telephone number that you can call about it.
