I forgot to “uncheck” the box allowing a cc payment. My client paid his bill through Wave. I was prompted to continue set-up through my bank so Wave could send payment, but after I read Terms and Conditions I did not want to allow Wave and Credit Card companies access to my bank account. My client, Mr. Patel, paid his bill of $***.**.*I got an email stating I needed to complete Wave App set-up to receive pmt, but after reading the Terms and Conditions Contract, I decided against signing up. But you performed business on my behalf without me signing my name on the dotted line.*I called a month ago, a service rep said she returned the amount to Mr. Patel’s card, as per my request, but my client has not seen the return. And I have still not been paid for a job I completed on *-**-**. *I need to speak with someone to resolve this, please.
The right thing to do is to return my client his money so he can pay me directly.
Refund Mr. Patel his money so I can get paid. You are holding my money.
I was new to Wave, based on outward appearances, I can see it is a good company. I chose not to sign up because I do not want Wave and Credit Card companies having access to my bank account in the way that it was stated in your contract.
I have already spoken with someone and thought it was resolved. My client has not received payment as of *-*-** and again as of *-**-**.
