I am unable to use my Washington Post Digital Subscription that I pay for since November ****. This paid subscription was originally sent to *****@***.com. before I retired from this job, and I attempted to transfer this paid subscription in November **** to *****@***.com which has a limited free subscription. Could you please transfer this paid subscription to *****@***.com or cancel it.
GetHuman-ianfult did not yet indicate what Washington Post should do to make this right.
