Hello,*On July *, ****, I subscribed to Washington Post Basic Digital. Then I used the "Press Reader" program on my computer*Unfortunately, to this day I can not use and download your electronic newspapers. When I try to open the 'Press Reader' there is the information: 'This computer has NOT been authorized.' Each time I enter my e-mail and password and I am informed that the e-mail or password is incorrect.**I have never had a problem logging into thewashingtonpost.com website (and I use the same e-mail and password), but unfortunately I have never been able to login to the Press Reader.*Please, contact me or let me know how to properly authorize PressReader.*Regards,*Your client,*Katarzyna Majewska
