You need to call . After navigating number choices, I immediately got a lve person (in Texas) who took care of it. It appears that while my digital subscription showed as terminated on the web site, the finance department was unaware of this and carried my account as live, thus no recredit to my credit card. The person I talked to took immediate care of it.
