I have been having trouble with my glasses since the beginning of the year . I purchased them in Oct *****.*I kept bringing them back for adjustments etc. In August I went and said they are enot right they said I needed a new prescription. I WENT TO MY EYE DR AND HE SAID NO I DID NOT NEED A NEW PRESCRIPTION. So back I went , at first they said they wpuld adjust them, the second time they said they needed to be cleaned, then they told me the glasses were coming out of the frames n the glass itself was peeling as it was from the makeup I am using. First I don't wear makeup, second how does glass peel and so I said ok then I guess u have to make me a new pair, so this time he goes to the computer and says oh ur warranty ran out last month. I said why after all these times you could have changed the lenses why did u wait til out of warranty that's not right . I have been back at least ** times in the past year . This is not right,*they pulled the same thing with my sunglasses being not right, and after I called corp headquarters they gave me new frames as the frames didn't fit the glasses. *so now what do I do I have been buying my glasses from Walmart for years, but in different centers . Since Ive bought them in this center in Del Ray Beach on Military Trail nothing but trouble. I don't mind paying a fee but I feel like Im being scamed by this place. Store no. ***** This place lacks in service and customer service . The one gent is way off when he takes care of me, hes rude and shows no concern for what Im saying. Like Im old and don't know what im saying. I resent this and would like to know what u can do to help me and this problem. My glasses are affecting my daily life.
