Walgreens Main St. Nashua NH. *Re: Pharmacy* Pharmacist ( Taner). This has been an ongoing issue that this branch ignored & consistently ignored. This person is dismissive, condescending, & an epiphany of incompetency. How do you translate when you are dealing with a person who is dismissive? The First Amendment Right of the person is violated. The dismissive behavior transcend to a level of corporal punishment right off the bat. The loss of time, the need of the person for the medical relief by refusal to her* his meds accessibility. The fear of retaliation. The threat of not being able to get the medication in time necessary or when it's needed the most. Dismissiveness have a serious consequential impact to the health & well being. Dismissiveness is a violation of The *th Amendment. The Right for expeditious hearing . The American Disabilities Act is put away. *These are issues that needed immediate action not prolonged. Justice delayed is Justice denied. The Right for redress invoking the ADA is dismissed. *This person in my knowledge is a problem consistently within employees as well. I took a picture of the notes on the white board in one of the the branch meetings. This was two months ago. I demanded for someone in the pharmacy to speak to me about the issue then , Taner refuses. Allen did. I request Ed the conversation in private as there are other customers. **I can explain better in writing if you want a more details. And I will send you the copy of the notes on the white board. *I am a pharmacy customer of Walgreens for two & a half decades.*I am demanding that Walgreens immediately remove Mr. Taner out of my sight. Or do I have to do the removal in behalf of Walgreens. *I am more than willing to compromise the one prior but I don't have that privilege anymore. *How do you compromise with a person who is dismissive?*Cecilia de la Rosa - Svendbye**** ****-****. *The NG BOARD OF PHARMACY is in notice.
