I just left Walgreens , Chelsea, Ma . Yesterday, recd VM saying my RX were ready for pick up. When I got to pharmacy only my BP med had been filled & PHARMACIST said they were still waiting Verification from DR. Buporion ***mg had been on hold for over a week & Venlafaxing was not filled either. Today I was told neither RX was ready but if I waited they would refill? After reviewing the computer screen, tech asked me if o was a RITE AIDE transfer & I said yes. I was told I had to let them know...because it was necessary to get my RX. I have been coming to this Walgreens now for overy * months & had alerted the staff I was tranfer from Rite Aide from the start. They informed me that I needed to STATE that EVERY TIME I came to Walgreens.????? After a bout of crying from antidepressant Withdrawal at the counter I asked why they just couldn't put a SIGN up to INFORM PHARMACIST IF U R A RITE AIDE TRANSFER PATRON??? They agreed & said computerus not updated & was creating th
