I found fraud unauthorized usage and identity theft on my card ending in **** I called two weeks ago * and ask it to would be replaced and for no AC h's ever to be taken out of my routing and account number I do not ever approve it I prefer to have a new routing and account number didn't get it my name is Rhonda loving ***-***-**** I've had my new card ending in ****since Thursday and I have not gotten it activated in my US Treasury deposit is due today I am highly agitated and I'm fixing to call the commercial financial consumer services agency with the federals who's underneath the FDIC I see if you do not get back in touch with me with a live person I tried to a part of the web page I've tried to phone number on front of the car I've tried to main number I cannot get a person you change this **** without a live voice for ADA access person you're going to lose every customer you got I'm turning I know business management and customer
