Trying to activate my replacement card ... On May *th, fraudulent charges were on my account. Every charge after May *th was fraudulent. I called to report it and Walmart cancelled the card, sent me a new one, and gave me an email address to send in an email with all of my information and describing the fraudulent charges. I never heard back from that email. When I tried to activate the new card, it said my account was blocked and I had to submit my ID. I submitted it, and now it says my account has been closed. I can’t get ANYONE on the phone to find out what’s happening or to see whether the fraudulent charges were investigated and my money returned to me. It’s a new card, and since they won’t activate it I can’t even get the money from it. I’ve been through the automated call number over and over and cannot reach a human because my card number is blocked. I went into a Walmart store to see customer service. They couldn’t get anyone on the phone either. Please help me.
My social security check was supposed to be deposited. I can’t pick up my prescription.
A person to email me and explain what’s happening.
Had this card for a few years
Called the costumer service number and can’t get a person no matter how many times I try because my card is blocked.
