Load money sent to my mobile phone to my temporary Walmart money card ... I had money sent to my mobile phone from a different Walmart money card and when I try to load the money on my temporary card it keeps saying please enter your personalized money card information to complete the transaction, called customer service and was told by one rep that I could use my temp card to load the money and by another rep I was td I had to wait on my personalized card to arrive, called * times and still having same issue, it's been * days and haven't had any help on getting the issue resolved
I want to be able to loaf the money on my personal card
Yes have called customer service numerous times and tried online also
