Reported fraudulent activity on my account. I had to argue to get the account locked! They wanted to wait until it was no longer "pending." I said "no," because then the criminals access it in a larger amount and that prevents my use of that money until it's "investigated." Second customer rep agreed to lock the account, issue a new card and get it to me by Thursday. This morning, I am told via email to submit a picture ID and when I try to do that, it doesn't recognize my card number. Cute. AND, no access to my account until I submit a picture ID. Can't get through on ANY phone number. AND my account is closed. AND I can't have another Walmart card. It is their security algorithms that are not sufficient, but now I have to go through this inconvenience. It's the third time. As far as I am concerned, DON'T USE WALMART DEBIT CARDS.*It is the only cash I have, and now I'm in real trouble. Thanks.
