*Hi, *this is not a 'complaint' in as much as I'm not asking for a refund or anything, but simply to make you aware of a problem.*I have had the same problem with two products from either end of your breakfast product range.*** Essential Waitrose porridge oats with wheatbran and*** Waitrose Orchard fruit and berry muesli.*unopened packets of each of these - well within their 'best before' dates - have, when opened, shown evidence moth infestation.*The porridge I opened this morning (b.b * April ****) and four or five moths flew out.*The muesli when I opened that (this was some weeks ago, and the bb date from memory was either Jan or Feb ****) had white cocoon-like webbing on the inside of the bag and across the top of the packet.**I really don't know what you can do about this* it is after all a collection of raw ingredients, but I might suggest that perhaps the bb dates are a bit long?*Obviously we've all eaten (or cooked in the case of the porridge) insect eggs and the occasional larvae with no ill-effects, but it becomes a bit obvious when the packets are old enough for the intruders to become actual flying insects!**kind regards,*paul freeman***************
