How do I get my Starz and HBO without canceling my Saturday, July ** appointment from **-*:**? My dealing with WOW! over the past two days has been the worst customer experience of my life. Check the notes! I did not cancel any of my services but because WOW! had to replace a defective router I am without either HBO or Starz and all your techs can say is "I'm so sorry, we can't help you without canceling your appointment." I've been a customer in good standing for years now, check your records. Last month I was overbilled, the month before underbilled. I agreed to new terms on new equipment TWICE that is supposed to arrive here Saturday and I've been told anywhere from the price is going to increase or decrease, that I will get HBO in the package or will have to pay extra for HBO. The right hand of WOW! does not seem to know what the left is doing. All I want is my HBO and Starz back until Saturday, keep my Saturday appointment from **-*. Oh, and I asked the last tech to have a manager call me back and I was told she does not know when that will happen so she can't really help me there. I insisted that one call me back and that was hours ago. Your customer service needs a major overhall. Feel free to call me with an answer other than "I'm so sorry, we can't help you without changing your appointment." PLEASE BEAR IN MIND I NEVER CANCELED ANY OF MY SERVICES, MERELY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR NEW EQUIPMENT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
