Good Morning Vueling Airlines, *In October of this year my friend and I had a flight booked on your airline from Gatwick to Florence return. We were going to be taking a vacation from Canada . Unfortunately, we had to cancel our holiday because my friends husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to start Chemotherapy as soon as possible, which he is still undergoing.*My friend had booked and paid for our holiday with her credit card. When she had tried to cancel the flight with Vueling, she indicated to me that her and her daughter had some difficulty accessing the cancellation site. As it turned out she was not successful in getting her refund for the tickets.*Because of the stress she is under with her husband being sick and having to drive him to another city for all of his treatments and trying to take care of him,I thought I would contact Vueling on her behalf.I am not able to assist her as I live in the province of Alberta and she is in Manitoba.*We had started to plan and book this holiday almost a year in advance.
