Help with my Vueling Airlines issue
GetHuman-jihanka's next move: talk to Vueling Airlines when they open.
Vueling Airlines's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jihanka a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Dear sir * manager of Vueling airlines,*I am Jihan Kaisi from Lebanon, and I came last Thursday July *, **** from Beirut to Barcelona in a quick vacation for * nights, and now I am heading to Netherlands for few days.*The problem is that when I reached Barcelona airport, I waited for my bag but never appeared. I went to vueling office at the airport and explained for them what happened* they opened a file for me and gave me this reference number: BCNVY***** and my username is ELKAISSI.*They said they will find it and send it to my hotel in Barcelona. I have been waiting for * days, nothing happened. I tried to call them, no reply* I sent them an email.. no answer* I went to the website and put my reference number, and I got same message (delayed baggage)..!!!*I don't know how you deal with customers in this humiliating way.. I came for a relaxing vacation, and I spent my time feeling worried, shopping for basic stuff, and I paid a lot for new make-up, clothes, shoes, hygiene items, etc.*My email is not to request any money or refund.. but it’s to express how angry I am, and I think you don’t respect customers. And I really lost valuable belongings... valuable to me because some of the items were gifts from someone so precious to my heart, and I hate losing such things because they mean a lot for me. Also I lost a very important external hard disk that has the work archive of my life! *My Spanish friend advised me to travel through your airline and I was hesitated since I travel a lot, and it’s the first time I use your airline, and it was the worst travel of my life!*I want my bag back as soon as possible. Please solve this issue* it’s your job to find my baggage! *For any extra info, please contact my friend on ************* he has been trying to help me and he tried to call you, but in vain.
