Dear sir*madam, we ( Samit Mehta , Sejal Mehta, Arjun Mehta and Riya Mehta) took a flight from Barcelona airport on *st July ( BA ****) scheduled at **.** to London Gatwick. *While checking in at the Vuelling counter in Barcelona, the lady helping us let one bag go on the belt without putting on the main luggage tag! She promised us that she has called them and that they would attach the tag! She had put a waiting list bright green tag on it. we were told that no seats were available and we were put on waiting list . We got our boarding cards and were told to wait at gate and luckily got on to the flight. When we arrived at Gatwick, London the bag did not arrive! We lodged a complaint and got a file no : LGWVY***** But so far the bag is not traced. Please do help locating it soon.
