I am having trouble using an electronic credit I received for a Volaris flight. When I tried to pay in U.S. dollars, it wouldn't allow me to use the credit, and when I switched to Mexican pesos, I still had leftover money without applying the credit. I need to book the flight by tomorrow before the credit expires, but I keep encountering payment method errors.

I, Ermelinda M., along with Francisco M. and my son Francisco M. Jr., had a flight scheduled from Fresno to Guanajuato on 12/19/20 with flight number SFLNFX. Unfortunately, my son tested positive for COVID, so we are unable to travel as planned. I have already sent the positive test results to Volaris via email, but I have not yet received a confirmation call from them.

Hello, I am Miguel Rosales. I purchased a ticket for my brother to fly from Tijuana to Mexico, but he developed symptoms of COVID. When I called to cancel, they refused. I also tried to change the name on the ticket, but they quoted a higher price. I am extremely disappointed with Volaris. Please respond to me. I need to cancel the flight. I need to cancel my flight on December 26th due to my husband's health issues and have concerns about Covid. He has health risks and my age is a factor, and there are travel advisories in California. Our reservation code is VFMMGK for the flight departing on December 26th and returning on January 3rd. We can't set a new date now due to uncertainty. I wasn't informed to collect my luggage in Guadalajara, assuming it would transfer to my connecting flight. Upon arrival in Mexico City, a Volaris airline official helped me report the lost luggage situation. The flights departed at 1:48 AM from JFK to Guadalajara and at 12:20 from Guadalajara to Mexico City. Hello, Approximately one year ago, I purchased 10 tickets with Volaris for a trip to Costa Rica in June [redacted]. Due to COVID-19, our plans had to change, and we rescheduled the flight for December [redacted]. Unfortunately, only 9 passengers were able to make the rescheduled flight. I contacted Volaris and paid $[redacted].00 to change the name on the ticket to mine. I then paid an additional $90.00 for the option to reschedule for a future date. Despite these efforts, I lost track of the ticket after this process. I am feeling extremely frustrated because of the costs incurred and the steps I took to adjust the reservation. I am seeking assistance in retrieving my reservation, as I have put significant financial resources into this booking. The reservation number is #U7WPJF. Hello, I bought a ticket last Sunday, April 4, online at the airport for a flight departing from Benito Juarez Terminal in Mexico City at 8:30 pm to Los Angeles, CA (LAX). The flight was operated by Volaris Airlines, and my confirmation code is AC9MSD for Flight Y4926. Upon checking my itinerary a few days after arriving in Los Angeles, I noticed I had booked a "Plus" reservation, which includes two carry-on bags and one checked bag per person. Although my husband and I only brought two carry-on bags, I mistakenly thought we were allowed four. As a result, I was charged for the additional bags. I tried to make a reservation through the Volaris app, but it kept showing errors. When I retried, the ticket price increased by $30. Even after multiple attempts, the system kept giving errors. I was shocked to see four charges totaling $[redacted].60 on my bank statement. When I called customer service, the first operator I spoke with was barely audible and hung up on me when I requested a refund instead of a credit. The same operator, Sebastián, claimed he hung up by mistake and refused to refund one of the charges due to its amount. He seemed confused and unhelpful, putting me on hold for over 30 minutes when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Now, I'm unsure if I'll get my refund, what will happen to the $6.90 charge, or if my $[redacted] credit from a previous flight change is affected.

I have been attempting to modify my flights departing on July 2 for over 2 days without success. The options provided by Volaris for changing flights either lead me in circles or result in error messages. The online system has not been functioning, and the telephone numbers provided for Customer Service have not been operational – just automated messages. The alternative methods of contact, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email, have all been unsuccessful. Both the app and website have been tried on both my computer and phone to no avail. This has become a time-consuming and stressful experience. Now, I may face extra charges due to possibly missing the 24-hour window despite the considerable time and effort I have already invested into this. My locator code is HBRIQT, and I would like to change my flights to depart from Oakland to Leon on November 3, then departing from Leon to Chicago Midway on either November 18 or 19. I am uncertain about the cost of these changes and I am unable to make the adjustments at this time. Thank you.

My confirmation number is KFCJ8X. I bought a ticket on May 25th and have been attempting to cancel it since then. I spoke with your team on the 26th and was instructed to contact Expedia since I bought the ticket through them. However, I couldn't reach Expedia until this morning. They directed me back to you, explaining that only you have control over my ticket and they couldn't make any changes. I initially wanted a round trip but only a one-way was booked. I made another booking elsewhere, thinking it would be simpler to cancel this incomplete one. It has been a nightmare dealing with this. I simply wish to cancel the trip and receive a refund. I have not received a confirmation email for my flight despite receiving the Reservation Code. I am concerned that the discrepancies in my name, like the missing apostrophe in my driver's license, could be causing issues. My password is "JULIE DEE MCCOLLUM-O'HARE," and my credit card lists my name as "JULIE OHARE" instead of "Julie McCollum-O'Hare" as stated in the policy. Para completar, al llegar a la Ciudad de México para tomar mi siguiente vuelo hacia Tijuana, según el correo que recibí, el avión ya había partido a pesar de haber llegado al aeropuerto antes de la hora indicada. La aerolínea me informó que el avión ya había despegado hace 10 minutos, a pesar de que no fue nuestra culpa. Unfortunately, Volaris did not inform us in advance about the situation, leading to unexpected changes in our travel plans. This resulted in extra expenses, including accommodation in La Paz, as well as inconvenience with access to necessary medication for two of my children. Adequate communication and assistance from Volaris were lacking during this difficult time. The lack of customer service left my family in distress and discomfort, especially with no clear information on our flight status and limited access to essential items. I had to make additional flight changes and endure delays with our luggage upon arrival in Tijuana. I am requesting a refund for the troubles we faced due to the inadequate support provided by Volaris. The original flight was on Wednesday, November 24, [redacted], at 1:19 am, but it's now set for Volaris Flight Y4 [redacted] on Thursday, November 25, [redacted], which conflicts with our connecting flight to La Paz. Hello, this is Hans H. I recently joined the Volaris Website Membership using my email and password. Signing up was successful, and I received a confirmation email. However, when I tried to book a flight for my wife and me, I encountered issues. I couldn't add her as a passenger, and I got stuck after entering the departure and destination airports. Subsequently, I went to the PVR airport counter to make the reservation in person, where they requested my email for confirmation. Yet, I didn't receive any confirmation email afterward, and I lost access to my online membership. I attempted to contact Volaris at [redacted] but faced challenges following their instructions as the call disconnected six times, which was frustrating. My recent Volaris experience was disappointing. Despite being a frequent flyer with them, my most recent trip due to unfortunate circumstances involving my wife's injury in La Paz did not go smoothly. After speaking with Evert Gareita at Volaris Customer Service to change our return flight to accommodate my wife's condition, the additional cost of $[redacted].00 to make the change was quite shocking. Despite assurances of special assistance, the overall experience in La Paz left much to be desired. However, I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by Pablo in Tijuana, who assisted us to CBX. Yesterday, we missed our flight due to a baggage delay at the airport. I need to confirm that our return flight is still scheduled. Additionally, I paid for two checked bags and would appreciate an email confirming this payment and the availability of my return flight. Our upcoming trip is from LAX to Leon on a different flight. I have a flight scheduled to depart from GDL tomorrow, but unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19.
