GetHuman-losallib's Change Flight issue with Volaris Airlines from April 2020
Help with my Volaris Airlines issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-losallib may need:
Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Ticket Number, Email on Order, Phone Number on Order, Name of Passengers, Home Address, and Date of Birth
The issue in GetHuman-losallib's own words
Change travel dates ... Due to COVID-** flights to MX not wise. Paid travel thru Volaris.com. Received email on March **th from Volaris stating if change flight dates before *******, they will waive fee. But, CANNOT reach anyone by any phone numbers available for them and if do, get disconnected. Call back, recording says to "call back"? My flight (and other friends) are scheduled to depart ******* out of TJD to Los Cabos at **:**am. NEED TO RESCHEDULE DATES but cannot do it online like their website, Twitter or FB pages states. Have FB msg'd, tweeted and left vms on callbacks from agent but NOTHING. How can I change the dates for reservations for me and my friends? Please help!!! Thank you.
Their "system" is seriously flawed, doesn't work like they say it does, is highly frustrating and nerve-wracking!
I resolved it!!!!!!!
First time using and definitely last.
Tried everything Volaris offered and nothing worked. Took matters into my own hands, which were highly inconvenient!!!
