Hello I ordered something at * this morning, I immediately spoke to someone to cancel the order and insurance, he said it had been done and to expect a refund in ***** hours. He said everything was fine. I then double check this has been done today and there's no records of it. I have sve screenshots of it for proof. I've now been told I hsve to wait for my device to come to then send it back. But I need the refund ASAP as my bsnk is overdrawn. It was an accidental purchase, the website wasn't very clear.
