I need to access my online Vodafone UK broadband*home phone account. When logging in,they require to send you a security code by phone - in my case to my landline phone. When phone rings it is from BT messaging service and to hear the message*(message supposed to be a security code to type into your computer for logging in*purposes) and automated ladies voice says 'Press *' and you can repeat to hear again...............however this has in the past been problematic as message is sometimes unclear. Last few days all attempts to get a security number have resulted in the automated voice saying 'Minutes'.......so clearly something is wrong.*Can you get it put right so this automated voice delivers the security code in*the manner it was supposed to ? Would be grateful if you could resolve this ! Need to tell Vodafone UK technical dept if there is one.
