We want to change to correct product but cannot get anyone at Vodaphone to understand that we have been miss sold - all you keep saying is that we have to pay the year's cost as we are cancelling early.*Each phone call I make increases my frustration. No one understands, no one has the authority to actually do anything to resolve it, I can,t understand the Indian gentlemen's english, no one phonmes back despite promising to do so.* Details as below** * *Your Vodafone account number: ********** * *Account name: CRADLETECH LTD * *Account Number: XXXX**** * *Sort Code: ****** **Please can you just cancel this data sim - it is not going to work for our application and I don't know why you simply refuse to acknowledge.
