Hi there, *I phoned Vodacom this morning with regards to my daughters cell phone contract. *Under no means am i happy with the "solution'' i received as it was in no way of assistance. My daughter receives *GB of data every month and most of the time she struggles to finish it. It is now the **th of the month and she is clean out of data. Which i find very hard to believe as she is very seldom on :er device. *The lady i spoke with at **:** on the **th October was very good at making it my daughters fault however this is not the first time this has happened. She (Vodacom) also informed us that she could see nothing out of the ordinary which is why we called in the first place!!!! My daughter was polite and said if it happens again she will call again. However, i am not prepared to keep having a contract worth *GB of data every month that i have to keep topping up. I am well educated in the "back round Apps'' and the "switching data off'', however this is not helping. *Number in question: ***********Please assist and advise.
