Cancel the contract within * days ... Good day,**I want to cancel the contract that came in effect * June ****. Calling the number *** *** was unhelpful, the consultant indicated that they could not cancel new contracts only upgrades and that I were to cancel at the store where I took it out. I called the Store (Vodacom *U – Makhado, SHOP **, MAKHADO CROSSING, CNR N* & SIBASA ROAD, LOUIS TRICHARDT (MAKHADO), ****) where I was told I could not cancel the contract at all.**I know I am within my rights to cancel within * days.**What is the correct process to follow as I do not want any misunderstanding?
