hellopeter.com.*I upgraded my contract on **-**-** and received my phone on **-**-**. There was no simcard in the pack, so I assumed that my old card will fit the new phone. I put my simcard in the drawer and pushed it in, but the phone couldn’t read it. When I opened the drawer it came out but the card was stuck in the phone and I couldn’t get it out. Vodacom's local shop asked me R *** to remove the card and I refused. I phoned Vodacom and they told me they will pick up the phone and send me a new one and a simcard (**-**-**). It took * weeks for them to pick up the phone after quite a few calls to them.*In the meantime I had to borrow (rent) a phone. I received the new sim about the *th of May, but no phone. I made ** calls to them to enquire what was going on, but only promises without any results and not returning any calls. The person who did the new contract with me (Ashley) didn't return any request to call me back (* or * in total).*Today (**-**) I received the phone (that they picked up) back with the simcard still stucked in it. The waybill indicated that the phone was delivered to the wrong address. *I called them again and it was promises again. Can you believe it?*This wasn't the first time I had problems with them. December **** fraudulent contract was created under my profile. It took * months to sort it out.*This is a useless company. I'm still paying while they didn't deliver. This lot should not be in business. Lets start campaign “Vodacom Must Fall”.
