Help with my Vivid Seats issue

Bought concert tickets and now concert has been postponed over a year in the future. ... I purchased * tickets to a concert that was to be held on ********* through Vivid Seats. The concert was postponed to August **, ****-more than a year away-due to COVID **. We cannot attend the concert on the rescheduled date and Vivid Seats will not issue a refund. I paid over $**** and feel this is not only poor customer service but fraud. I was told to try selling my tickets however it’s going to be hard to sell these tickets with the ongoing uncertainty due to Covid**. I feel that Vivid Seats should offer the option of a refund on postponed events as well as cancelled events. Do I have any recourse?
This is frustrating as we cannot attend the concert on the rescheduled date and with ongoing concerns regarding COVID ** may not be able to resell the tickets as Vivid Seats suggests
Vivid Seats should give a refund on both cancelled AND postponed events.
I’m going to contact my credit card company and see if they can help with this.
