I am following up on my refund ... Subject: RE: Customer Service Request - no-category ********* *Hello Leo C. :* *When I received your email back on *******, where you notified me that the event was cancelled, it stated very clearly in the email that I had a choice of receiving a credit or a FULL CASH REFUND.. see below It also stated below that I did not have to take any action and that the refund would be automatically refunded to my credit card I used to make the purchase. * *I even took the opportunity to email you anyway on the same day That I wanted the full refund (see *nd email below as well)* *Therefore your email you sent me today, indicating that I “have contacted us after the allotted time frame of * days, we are unable to alter the compensation that was outlined in our email correspondence” is incorrect * and I am expecting my full refund !* *Please send me an email to confirm that this will occur. The resolution person I spoke to yesterday told me I was sent an email in April... I have not received any coorespondence from Vivid since the **** email
I want my refund credited to my card i used to make the purchase
