I have not received Missouri birth certificates that were ordered **-**-** for Robert Salmonson (**YINTXV) and Broderick Salmonson (R*Z*MWQG). I tried to place an order for the*st certificate and the system locked. I waited for quite awhile and then shut the computer down. I re-entered the order for Robert as I assumed it did not submit. At that time I also placed an order for Broderick. The following day I spoke with customer service from my credit card company and was told that I was being charged for three. I immediately e-mailed your company asking you to cancel the orders. I did not get a reply. I have tried to call your company and but end up holding for long periods of time and then getting disconnected. As of now, I have no response, no certificates and have been charged for three. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you very much.
