For some reason, your website would not allow me to email you from there.*To whom it may concern,*My SIM card has not been working. I believe I’ve been contracted w* Virgin for around * years now, but periodically for the past * months, it has been “acting up” by stating “No SIM” at the top left of my iPhone *s. Though RECENTLY, it has been absolutely non-responsive. *Just a few days ago, I actually blew out the SIM card place holder, put the card back in, and it worked for a few days UNTIL I traveled outside, today, from where I reside (there is little cell service where I live) and it popped up in a message on my phone stating that the SIM card is not responding.*I do not understand why this is happening. Maybe the only solution is to send me a new SIM card to my address, and I would be so appreciative. Again, I have been contracted with Virgin Mobile for around four years. Perhaps, the SIM card has become...old. *Thank you in advance.
