The issue in GetHuman-tshorten's own words
Cell phone applied for through Virgin Mobile*Assurance Wireless and services to be paid for through California Lifeline free cell phone. Previous phone number with Assurance should have been deactivated because the phone was defective and started having errors and freezing. New service and phone received from Virgin*Assurance. But Virgin*Assurance never sent the paperwork to California LIfeline so the new phone service was shut off after ** days. This is the SECOND time this has happened and we cannot get it resolved. We cannot get to a live customer service person at Virgin*Assurance in order to get them to fix the problem. We have called every phone number we could find & used every call option available but still unable to speak to a live person. The problem is still not resolved. It is a safety issue with having no phone service if an emergency should happen. Please help?! Thank you.
