Why are all attempted calls to contact the Irish Republic Government Dept. for nearly * months, whether using either my mob. or landline numbers I always get a recorded message saying 'All calls to this number are barred from this phone. Using other alternate nos. given I get the same message ' WHY ? Please help-urgent. I have been using both Virgin Mob & Virgin Media for over *years now. Why is the Customer ' Service ' so tortuous to pursue this problem in getting resolved. It is ridiculous. Don' t you employ enough technical staff to resolve such issues ?
Tried Customer Service, after tedious energy-sapping repetitive circular text session - bust lost the will to live, the last time I tried. As a ** yr old I' d really like to reach my **th year without expiring in the process of trying to have this issue of a longstanding excommunication, urgently resolved.
By contacting me asap to resolve this issue asap. Please.
I' m beginning to seriously wonder.
I' m not a technician, so as a customer I expect this issue to be resolved by Virgin technicians. If I could resolve sit myself I would have done so, when this issue *st appeared.
