I flew a round trip LAX-LHR departing LA Sept. **, **** (Flt.**), returning on Nov.**, '** (Flt. **). My ticket was a Premium Economy, and I had understood that I had the right to have one suitcase checked in within **kg, and a carry on. I complied with this, and at both the departure and return flights I was told my Premium Economy ticket did not give me the right to have a checked suitcase, and I was charged $**.** each time. Please will you clarify. I am about to book another flight for March-returning April, and I need more clarity on this baggage issue. What is the baggage allowance, and why was I charged extra?*The in flight attendance was gracious, and the only complaint therein is that the passenger * seats from me coughed horribly the entire flight, and I got ill for * weeks upon my return. Should the airline offer a mask to a passenger inflicting her nearby passengers with her germs?*Thank you for your assistance in the baggage question.
