I was trying to book a flight for the **th -**th of October, as the company we originally were flying with (Primera Air) went down. As our trip to New York was due next weekend, I rushed to make another booking and very unfortunately made the booking for the same dates but for the wrong month. ... Hi,**Yesterday I booked a virgin flight through Travel Up. Unfortunately I booked for the wrong month (**th-**th Abril, instead of **th-**th of October. I contacted Travel Up and they are happy to refund*not charge us any fee for changing the flight if virgin agree to this as well. I spoke to Michelle Vincent, who is the admin officer, she would be more than happy to be contacted by virgin to resolve this. Please, help us.
